Guiding Principles
Before we get into the details, let us be clear on our Shipping Philosophy:
- We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible. As such, all orders are process immediately within 24 hours from date of payment, subject to cut-off time.
- If there is a shipping charge; you are charged what we are charged. We are not in business to profit from shipping.
- We offer Free Shipping in Klang Valley on all orders over RM300.00.
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 4.30pm and are subject to the cut-off time as follows:

Delivery Agents/Carriers
Our primary shipping carriers is City Link.
Delivery Time
You can expect to receive your items between the hours of 8am to 2pm on Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturday.
Our appointed carrier shall make 3 attempts to deliver the said order to the recipient. If there are any mistakes as to the delivery address provided and in the event that the package is returned to us, we would not be held responsible. The buyer will be required to pay for the subsequent delivery charges.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. We will inform you of the tracking numbers via email. If you do not receive your item in 3 working days, please contact us to lodge a complaint at 03-80732700 or email : sales@avisol.net
Shipping Rates
We do not profit from shipping. Your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are predetermined based on delivery location and weight of the items you are purchasing. Shipping costs are added to the final price upon check-out.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Free Shipping Offers
Orders over RM300.00 qualify for Free Shipping. Free shipping promotions are available on Klang Valley zone only.
International Shipping
If you like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at sales@avisol.net. Be sure to include the followings;
- A list of the products you like to purchase,
- Your shipping address,
- Phone number, and
- The email address to which we should send a Paypal invoice (we currently only accept Paypal payments for orders shipped abroad).
